Welded Wire Mesh/Fabric is
factory/machine produced assembly of a series of parellel longitudinal wires with accurate
spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacings. The material used for the wires is
generally Hard Drawn Mild Steel, Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel or Stainless Stell. The
Mesh/Fabric may be further treated/coated for further protection.

Weldedmesh Manufacturer's Association is a premier national body of Manufacturer's of
Weldedmesh in India, with totally 42 members. It is headed by a core group of a President,
Zonal Vice-Presidents and Working Secretaries, meets regularly. It undertakes tasks of
collective promotion of Welded mesh and provides for a common forum for representation of
various issues pertaining to the industry.
